+ WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?
RSVPs will be first come, first serve and close after June 5th, 2018. You must RSVP on this website in order to confirm your attendance.
+ AM I ALLOWED to bring a GUEST?
No additional guests are allowed, including spouses or other +1's. If your colleagues wish to join, they can do so, but must RSVP themselves.
+ CAN'T I JUST HAVE MY MERAKI OR CISCO REP REGISTER ME?
If your Meraki and Cisco rep has your name, title, company, and email address, they can register on your behalf. However, please note that every guest attending the event must have their own RSVP.
+ If i can no longer attend, can I cancel my RSVP?
Please email email@example.com if you can no longer attend. It is incredibly helpful for us to have an up-to-date guest list. If you can no longer make it, please do us a favor and send us a message.
+ WHERE IS THE PARTY HAPPENING?
The party is taking place at Walt Disney World® Resort | Epcot | American Adventure Rotunda.
+ HOW DO I GET THERE?
We will be providing complimentary shuttles from Cisco Live Orlando to the party. More instructions will come soon. Alternatively, you could also take a cab or taxi from Cisco Live to the reception.
+ Am I allowed early entry to Epcot before the event begins?
Unfortunately, no additional magic hours are allowed. Please refer to the answer below for meet-up times and taking your own transportation.
+ I will be taking my own transportation, where can I meet the meraki team?
If you are taking your own transportation, please meet a at the Epcot flagpole at the main entrance by 6:30 pm. You will be escorted by a Disney cast member to the venue.
If you plan on arriving before 6:30 pm, a Disney cast member and Meraki staffer will be at the flagpole until 9:00 pm. Any time after 9 pm, will not grant you entrance into the party.
*No early entry is allowed.
